UX that drove 37% faster bookings and a successful CoWrks acquisition

The UnCube set out to revolutionise the flexible workspace market by becoming the “Airbnb for office space.” The goal was to build a seamless digital experience where users could discover, book, and manage temporary workspaces — from cafés to co-working hubs — on an hourly basis. The challenge lay in designing a unified product experience across desktop and mobile, ensuring frictionless usability for both on-the-go professionals and workspace partners.

Wibe collaborated closely with The UnCube’s cross-functional team of developers and product managers in an agile sprint-based workflow, ensuring rapid prototyping and minimal iterations. We designed user flows, medium- and high-fidelity wireframes, and responsive UI screens for both the desktop application and the mobile app.

The final design balanced clarity, speed, and intuitiveness, featuring clean layouts, smart filters, and quick booking paths. A detailed style guide and design system were also created to maintain consistency as the platform scaled.
