Le Calla, a direct-to-consumer, pure silver jewellery manufacturer, wanted their new e-commerce store to reflect the company ethos while delivering high conversions. Before we set out to design & develop a high-performing e-commerce store, it was important to first create a new digital brand identity. One that would reflect the company’s commitment to sustainability, quality, and affordable luxury. Being a digital only brand and having no physical stores, the storytelling had to be coherent and compelling.

We kept the logo the same and transformed everything else including the website UI design, copy, imagery, colours, movement, and packaging. We introduced the campaign idea of ‘Beautiful You’ in order to spark a deeper connection between the brand and its customers. The use of earthy tones subtly conveyed the sustainable nature of the products. The familiar and user-friendly interfaces, along with an efficient category filtering section made product discovery easy thereby enhancing the user experience and sales.
