What is your payment structure?
We typically work with a 50% deposit to start the project and 50% upon completion. For larger projects, we can arrange milestone-based payments. We accept bank transfers, checks, and online payments for your convenience.

Once we are onboard, the project manager creates a detailed workflow using our cloud based project management tool. All deliverables are broken down into tasks which are assigned to different team members along with deadlines. Weekly review meetings ensure that everyone is on-board with edits and changes. All files, comments and feedbacks are shared centrally so no one misses out.
How many revision rounds are included in your process?
Our packages typically include 2-3 rounds of revisions at key milestones. We work collaboratively throughout the process to ensure we're aligned before moving to the next phase, which helps minimize the need for major revisions later on.
Do you provide brand guidelines and how-to documentation?
Yes! Every branding project includes comprehensive brand guidelines covering logo usage, color specifications, typography, spacing rules, do's and don'ts, and application examples. We also provide source files in multiple formats and train your team on proper brand implementation.
